1. The Bahamas
Stay
About the destination: The Bahama Islands are an archipelago made up of roughly 2,000 islands when you take into account the cays, which are wee islands that form on coral reefs. Nassau, located on New Providence, is the capital of the Bahamas and boasts a blend of vibrant Neo-colonial 19th century buildings and modern hotel resorts. Nassau is positioned on the northern tip of New Providence, overlooking the bay between the main island and Paradise Island. The vast majority of the country's population resides in Nassau on New Providence Island and in the Freeport area on Grand Bahama. Nassau showcases a blend of vibrant Neo-colonial 19th century buildings and modern hotel resorts. The colonial beauty of the Historical Town of Nassau is well worth a visit. The pink Parliament Building, which has a statue of a seated Queen Victoria out front, is the most stunning sight in Nassau. The Pirate Museum is another major attraction in Nassau. The interactive museum tells the story of the history of pirates. The City of Nassau is landscaped in a beautiful tropical setting. The local greenery is purely captivating and the variety of tropical plants they've preserved here certainly add to the charm of the country. The Bahama Islands draw in tourists with their favourable climate and relaxed lifestyle, their stunning and vibrant nature, their crystal blue waters and their friendly locals.

2. Orlando FL
Stay
About the destination: Orlando, situated in Orange County, Florida, has a lot to offer tourists, but it's fair to say that the main reason people visit Orlando is for the variety of amusement parks: Disney World, Universal Orlando, Sea World, and several other big draw entertainment places. However, Orlando has so much more. Beautiful tree-lined neighbourhoods, a vibrant performing-arts scene and various excellent gardens, nature reserves and museums around the city offer visitors entertaining alternatives to the theme park experience. If the outdoors is your thing, you can swim or canoe at Wekiwa Springs State Park or one of the area's many other sparkling springs. If museums are your thing, there are many and varied options such as the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art with its huge collection of Tiffany glass, or the Orlando Science Center, with hundreds of interactive exhibits for visitors of all ages. The city has a very 'young at heart' attitude, and it is a melting pot of different cultures. For nightlife, there is pretty much anything you want. The downtown area has several bars and clubs for any crowd. In a nutshell, Orlando is truly a very cool town.

3. London
Stay
About the destination: Of all the European capitals, London resonates most profoundly in the minds of travellers. We soak up London before we even realise it exists and when we finally approach the city, it doesn't let us down. There are the red double-deckers, the bobbies and stoic guards at Buckingham, Westminster Abbey, and the chimes of Big Ben, sounding familiar, as we've heard them before. We see these things with a sense of satisfaction. Yet there's plenty to surprise. London isn't quaint. London isn't a museum, though you could spend all your time hopping from one to the next. It's a bustling, urban sprawl, with traffic jams, shops, and a remarkable international population. Visit the many monuments with nearly a millennium's worth of history, from Chaucer's grave to the pub where the captain of the Mayflower had a pint to Piccadilly Circus, one of London’s most snapped sights. But don’t overlook modern London, with its intensely active theatres, international cuisine, political protests, the latest in music and fashion, punks and peers, and everyone in between. In 1777, writer Samuel Johnson said when a man is tired of London, he is tired of life, and the phrase still rings true. There's something different to experience every day in London.
